Using an induction cooktop for milk and meat

Question

I have an induction cooktop. I’d like to know if one is supposed to differentiate between cooking milk and meat dishes, or can I cook both on the same cooktop. And what if the cooktop has already been used for milk and meat, what should be done with it? Thank you very much

Answer

Dear …

You are allowed to use an induction cooktop for both milk and meat. But you have to make sure that it’s clean when you switch from one kind to the other.
