Facilitating an interest-bearing loan between a Jew and a non-Jew

Question

Am I allowed to broker a deal where a Jew is going to pay interest to a non-Jew? The non-Jew is going to pay me a fee for arranging this.

Answer

You are allowed to broker such a deal, since there is absolutely no prohibition for a gentile to charge a Jew interest. However, you have to make absolutely sure that you are only a broker, and have no part in the loan itself. If the contract mentions you, the broker, as one of the lenders, then the whole deal is prohibited.
