Talking in the middle of washing hands
Question
If someone started to wash his hands (for bread) and washed only one hand, is he allowed to talk now?

There is a source that forbids it.

Rashbo on tractate Brochos, folio 43a writes that eating bread should come right away after washing even one hand.
