My wife's parents are not frum. They have an Airbnb in which we are starting. Do we have to toivel all of the keilim?

I think you are asking about a Jewish owned Airbnb that you are staying in.

Besides for the Kashrus aspect that would need to be considered, It is forbidden to use Jewish-owned eating utensils that were not immersed in a mikva. As such, you should bring your own pots and pans and use disposal eating utensils.
