Question

On a fleishig burner in a pot thats fleishig but eino Ben yomo, I cooked pasta. For parve purposes. May I use the pasta with cheese?

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question.

There is no true need to have designated burners on the stove top. You can interchange them with meat and milk pots/cooking. There are no kashrut considerations with the burners.

As such, since the pot is aino ben yomo then according to Ashkenaz minhag one my not mix it with cheese, only if it is already mixed  with cheese is it permitted. According to the  Sefardi minhag it is permitted to mix it with cheese.
