Rabbi; I feel that I am praying for my boyfriend to come closer to hashem & keep shabbat & wanting to do teshuva… but my prayers aren’t being answered. What should I do?

You are doing the right thing!
You should try to influence all you meet to see the beauty of a Torah lifestyle.
That being said, dating is for the purpose of finding the right spouse who will build a home and raise a family on Torah values. If your boyfriend does not share these values, it may be time to look for a more promising spouse.
