How to kasher a pizza maker?

How would I Kasher a betty crocker pizza maker? If I used it for dairy a long time ago and have since used it for a lot of parve food is it now parve and I can use it with meat? Here is a link to the product https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/235723874487

Although we have no familiarity with this product, as a general rule, since pizza is a dry food that is in direct contact with the surface of the oven/machine, the food is not parve but considered milky.

since the surface is made of Teflon it is not possible to Kasher.
