Body and Soul common judgement

Question

Hi, I've recently read the Talmud, I'm a romanian atheist, but it was such a wonderful read and I am glad that I did go through with the sacred text. For the past few days, I've been thinking about the idea that the soul and body are going to be judged together by God and I remember reading a story in the book about 2 guards (the body and the soul) a deaf and a blind one blaming each other for their wrongdoing and the king (God) judged them as one. My questions is, where can I find the full story and paragraph in the Talmud that it is referencing to? Thank you for your time, may the shehina be with you!

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question.

I think you might be referring to Talmud, Sanhedrin 91a.
