Trans people and bat/bar mitzvah’s

I’m a trans masculine person will I need to re do my bat mitzvah as a bar mitzvah when I get a lower surgery

The Torah views such “Gender Change” surgeries as horrible abominations. So too, such gender chnages are not recognized as having any legitimacy.
A person born a female remains a female even if she mutilates her body. A person born a male remains a male even if he militates his body.
