Nine Days: Home Improvements
Question
I understand that house improvments should not be done during the 9 days. But what if mistakenly someone cut material to make a carpet to enhance a room and placed it in the room. Upon realizing their mistake the carpet was removed , but is there any קנס to not use the carpet even after the 9 days?
