Use of Zyn on Fast Days

Hi Rabbi, I am writing to ask if Zyn nicotine pouches would be permitted on Yom Kippur or other fast days. Zyn pouches are placed in one’s upper lip and the nicotine is absorbed through the bloodstream so it doesn’t seem like one would be “injesting.” However, with the fast increasing popularity of Zyn and the High Holy Days coming up, I felt it was an important question to ask. If this product has taste, then it is forbidden to use. If it does not have taste then it is permitted.
