Fasting: Camp Counselor

Hi I’m a counselor in overnight camp and I have a hard time fasting am I able to not fast?

Thank you for your question.
You are required to start/attempt the fast like everyone else, one should do less work on the fast day in order to enable you to fast
However If you get ill, and cannot function then you may eat.
Give it a try!
