To whom can I speak or where can I go to aquire more knowledge to fully understand the ways of Judaism including the Torah and the mitzvah?

Although there are many platforms and outlets that can help you, for example, aish.com is an excellent site to get to know more about Judaism. However, I think having someone "in person" to advise you will make it easier, so try to find an orthodox rabbi in your community who will refer you to Torah classes and as well give you a seat in the synagogue. This is definitely a good start.
