What is included in the ‘Al ha-Etz’ blessing?

if you ate a banana and dates does the banana get included in al haetz

Answer

If you ate a fruit of the seven species with other fruit, you should recite the Me’ein Shalosh blessing on fruit, which includes other types of fruit as well. In this case you do not need to recite a separate Borei Nefashot
