Mezuzah in a Non-Jewish home ‌

Question

I’m not Jewish but I’ve learned a lot about the Jewish Faith, traditions and culture by working for Jewish physicians and reading. I love so many of the traditions and the reasons for the observance of Jewish traditions. A therapist I once worked with taught me about a Mitzvah which literally changed my way of coping with difficulties in my life! I recently learned about about the Mezuzah and spiritual meaning of placing a Mezuzah on the entrance to your home. My question is would it be offensive or wrong or an inappropriate for me to place one on the entrance to my home?

Answer

It is permissible for a Non-Jew to affix a mezuzah.
