Non-kosher treats for non-Jewish students

I am a public school teacher. I lkke to give prizes to deserving students. Am I allowed to give candy without a hechsher?

Hello,

It is permissible to give non-kosher food to non-Jewish students.

However, it is forbidden to give non-kosher food to Jewish children, even if they do not observe kosher dietary laws in their own homes.
