How to escape from hell

If hell and heaven will exist now in life i live. I was born in hell. How do i escape hell by myself? No one is coming to my rescue

The only one who can save you from hell is G-d. And you are the only one who can turn to Him, to tell him that you want to get out of hell, and to ask Him to help you with this, and to implore Him to explain to you how to do this. He really wants to help you, and He’s waiting for you to appeal to Him. Do it, and you’ll see a great blessing in this.
