Completion of Torah Reading
Question
The police evacuated us from the synagogue in the middle of the Hakafos. Will we need to complete the reading of 'Vezot Habracha' (the last Torah portion, which is read after the Hakafos) next Shabbos, and will we perform the regular Chatan Torah and Chatan Bereshit?

You will need to read 'Vezot Habracha' along with 'Bereshit' in the coming Shabbat.
The custom of performing Chatan Torah and Chatan Bereshit is only practiced on the day of Simchas Torah.
