Contraception After a Cesarian Section

Question

I underwent a cesarean section and the doctors said it is dangerous to become pregnant within a year. Since there is a need for further interventions, there is no possibility to insert an intrauterine device. I wanted to know what are the recommended options for prevention, preferably not pills since I have a problem taking hormonal drugs... Is the use of ovulation kits recommended in my situation?

Answer

Shalom and Happy New Year!
Ovulation tracking does not prevent pregnancy with high accuracy.
You can use 'Pharmatex' suppositories. Although they are not considered hermetic protection, but when used correctly according to the rules as they’re written, they prevent 95 - 97%.
