Returning Lost Property in Paying for Parking

Question

Hello. I parked in a parking lot, and afterwards I noticed that the clock of the machine was not set when I entered, so essentially I paid for less time than I was actually there. Do I need to search for them and pay for it? Thank you.

Answer

Dear …!
If the clock remained the same at the time of entry and exit, you did not gain anything.
Since it measures the time difference between entry and exit, in this regard there is no difference whether the clock is set or not.
