Selichot in a Different Tradition

Question

I am Ashkenazi and I enjoy reciting the Selichot of the Sephardim. Can I recite the Selichot of the Sephardim instead of the Selichot of the Ashkenazim (at least on some days)?

Answer

Dear …!
One should not deviate from his tradition.
Each version of prayers was established by holy and righteous sages.
