Putting on another's Tefillin without his knowledge

Question

I forgot my Tefillin of Rabbeinu Tam at home. Now that I have entered the synagogue and I see someone's Tefillin on the table. Am I allowed to put them on for a few minutes without moving them from their place?

Answer

Dear …!
It is permitted, since a person is happy that a mitzvah be performed with his property.
