Flight Time on the Eve of Rosh Hashanah

What is the latest permissible flight time to leave Israel for Uman before Rosh Hashanah?

If one needs to prepare his own food, he should ensure that he arrives there before one third part of the day on the eve of Rosh Hashanah is over.
If he has pre-ordered food, he can arrive later, but he must ensure that he arrives well before the evening. This is because there are often delays and one could easily end up desecrating the holiday.
