Orange Juice from the Shmita Year

Question

Shalom! I bought orange juice from the Primor company. Suddenly, I noticed that it is 'Heter Mechira' (the oranges were cultivated on a land that was fictitiously sold to a non-Jew on a sabbatical year). What should I do with the juice?

Answer

Shalom!
You should pour it out so as to destroy it. Since it is forbidden at the time of Biur (it became forbidden at the time when the fruit of the sabbatical year that was not harvested was no longer present on the trees because it rotted away).
