Circumventing a Queue on the Phone

Question

I set up a call routing system for one of the largest companies here in Israel, and now I need to receive service from them. The problem is that they have queues of over an hour. Is it permitted for me to direct myself to customer service through line management, and that way they will answer my call immediately?

Answer

Greetings,
It is forbidden to bypass a queue, whether physical or on the phone, and this involves a prohibition of ona'ah (deception or fraud).
