Immersion on the Second Night of Rosh Hashanah

Hello! If the night of immersion falls on the second night of Rosh Hashanah, is it permitted to apply makeup on the eve of Rosh Hashanah? And what is the order of purification? Thank you.

Dear …!
a. It is permitted to apply makeup before Rosh Hashanah, and it should be thoroughly removed close to the time of immersion.
b. It is permitted to eat meat as usual in honor of the holiday.
c. All preparations should be made before Rosh Hashanah, and the hair should be thoroughly collected, in a way that there be no knots in it.
d. Close to the immersion, the fingers should be passed through the hair to ensure there are no knots, the teeth should be thoroughly flossed with a toothpick or a thread, and a thorough examination of the entire body should be performed.
