Skipping Blessings in the Amidah

Question

What should a person do if he several times found himself skipping after the blessing of 'Heal us' right to the blessing of 'Restore our judges' (skipping 'Bless for us', and 'Sound the shofar') to the point that this almost became a habit? Is there any way to fix this? b. What should he do when he finds himself in the middle of the prayer (after the place he skipped)? Should he go back? And to where? It should be noted that this does not always happen, but it happens often. If he has a minimum of concentration, it does not happen, but when he’s distracted it always happens. Thank you very much! May you be privileged to perform mitzvot!!

Answer

Shalom!
a. Pray from a Siddur (prayer book).
b. If he knows that he was not focused, he should return to 'Bless us' (the first blessing that he skipped).
