Writing 'A Woman of Valor' on a Parchment

Is there a problem with writing 'A Woman of Valor' (the last chapter of the book of Proverbs) on a parchment?

Answer

Greetings,
There is indeed a problem with this, as it is forbidden to write a section from the Torah. Only writing a complete book is permitted.
Although the Sages permitted it for the purpose of teaching children and the like, they did not permit it for decoration.
