Use of Premises with the Owner's Consent

Question

There are computer rooms owned by an individual, but there are instructions from the Hotham organization that certifies the kashruth of this business, that prevent young unmarried men from using the computers. As part of the kashrut conditions, a sign prohibiting unmarried men from entering must be displayed. However, I know that the owner has no problem with unmarried men’s entering; on the contrary, he is interested in this, as he earns his money, and he also sees unmarried men entering, and even helps them with the computer when they need his help. Is it permitted for unmarried men to enter? Thank you very much.

Answer

Dear ...!
Everything depends on the owner's permission.
