What blessing should be made before consuming mashed potatoes?

For regular mashing - its blessing is 'Boreh Pri Ha'adamah' (Who creates the fruit of the ground).
For an industrial (thorough) mashing - its blessing is 'Shehakol Nih'yeh Bidvaro' (By Whose word all things came to be).
