Use of a Non-Jew's Water Cooler

I received a water cooler from a non-Jew. Is there any problem using it, or does it require koshering? And is there any issue with using the cold water? And if koshering is needed, how is it done?

You should thoroughly clean the spout from which the water comes out. After that, it is permitted to use both the hot and cold water. There is no need for additional koshering.
