Traveling with a Broken Bus Card

Question

I have a monthly pass (loaded onto my Rav-Kav card) and suddenly the card is not being recognized. Can I travel by bus until I get a new card?

Answer

There is no permission to travel without a valid pass, as the companies do not consent that you travel without validating your card (each time you enter a bus or a train).
