Could Not Pray Shacharit
Question
What is the law regarding a person who did not pray the morning prayer (Shacharit) due to circumstances not under his control? Does he need to pray the afternoon prayer (Mincha) twice?
Answer
Shalom!
He needs to pray Mincha twice.
First, he prays Mincha, and then he prays the Amidah again as a compensation for the missed Shacharit prayer.
