Blessing on Bamba Nougat

Question

I am Sephardic and I am accustomed to reciting the blessing of ’Borei Pri HaAdamah’ (’One Who creates the fruit of the Earth’) on Bamba [peanut snack]. What blessing should I recite on Bamba Nougat?

Answer

Shalom!
If the majority of this product is Bamba then the blessing is 'the Fruit of the Earth'.
If the majority of it is the nougat, then the blessing is 'by Whose word all things came to be'.
