Listening to a Copied Disk

I was sent a new disk that was released this month. I did not pay for it, but it was sent from a distribution group to my email. Is it permissible to listen without paying the singer?

There is no prohibition to use it, but it is forbidden to copy, and it is appropriate to protest against those who violate this.
