A Class Action Lawsuit for Service Improvement

Question

There is a new initiative to file a class action lawsuit against transportation companies for delays, failure to open doors, failure to arrive at the station, and so on. Is it permissible to send them videos? It should be noted that it appears this will help improve public transportation.

Answer

Shalom!
Our teacher, Rabbi Amram Fried, ruled that it is permitted to send documentation for the lawsuit, for the purpose of service improvement.
