Changing diapers in front of holy books

Question

(This is in continuation of the previous question where the rabbis were asked whether it is permitted to change baby’s diapers in front of shelves that contain holy books.) If there is no way to stand between the baby and the bookshelves, as in the case where there are bookcases on both sides of the room, what should one do?

Answer

Dear …!
If he can, he should stand in a way that the process won’t be right in front of the books. If this is impossible, then one can change the baby’s diaper in front of the books.
