Why is there no longer the punishment of tzara'at for loshon harah?

Thank you for your questions.
We do not experience open miracles nowadays, and therefore the punishment of Tzaras is not given. It is explained that we are on a low spiritual level compared to earlier generations and not worthy of such Divine communications.
