The Midrash in Shemot Rabba 1:20 teaches that Moshe was born circumcised based on the verse, “and she (his mother) saw that he was good.” Another teaching on this verse says that Moshe had a certain glow or was particularly cute. In fact, there are other interpretation to the word "good."
We are told that when Pharaoh’s daughter found baby Moshe floating in the Nile, she right away knew he was Jewish. The fact that he was circumcised was surely the number one “give away” as only Jews were circumcised in those days.
Other ways that Pharaoh’s daughter knew he was Jewish was that he was probably dressed/wrapped in Hebrew garb. So too, his skin color was probably different that the Egyptians.
