Hello Which part of the Tanakh is for stories of prophets and which part is for jurisprudential rulings?

The Torah, the first 5 books of the Hebrew bible focuses most on laws, ritual, and jurisprudential.
The other 19 books of the bible focus on Jewish history and the stories you refer to.
