Memorial for dog
Question
I am Orthodox and had a dog. He passed away this week and we buried him (legally) in our yard. He was very special to us. We would like to say something special as a family before Shabbos. Is there a prayer or ritual we can do? Thank you.
Answer
Shalom!
Thank you for your question.
There are no specific prayers to be said when an animal dies.
