Learning Gemara in English

Shalom Rabbi, I am new to Rabbinic literature I have Jacob Nuesner Mishnah. Also Adin Steinsaltz Berakhot. I would like to read some Gemara. I understand that Mishnah and Gemara equal Talmud. If possible could you suggest English Gemara beginners level. Thank you. Bob
