Copying the Question database

I have a personal computer without internet access, and I would very much like to receive the full database of questions and answers from the website.
Would it be possible for you to send it to me as a file by email?
This would help me very, very much.

It is not possible to copy the site.
You can occasionally connect to the internet and benefit from the questions and answers available online.
