Tehillim Question

if I'm asked to say Tehillim for more than one choleh and I select Yom Chaf to say for both, can I say it once and have both in mind or do I need to repeat it twice to complete the Tehillim for each group.

Since, as I understand it, the groups are formed to complete Sefer Tehillim, and each group is for a different choleh, you would need to recite Yom Chaf for each individual group, so that Sefer Tehillim is completed twice for each choleh.
