Mincing of Animal Food on Shabbat
Question
I have a rabbit which is a bit sick, and the veterinarian told me to finely mince the vegetables that I feed her. Is this permissible to do it on Shabbos?

Greetings,
It is only permissible to grind the food for the rabbit immediately before she eats it. However, it is not permitted to grind the portion in advance for her to eat later.
