Is this reading material acceptable /appropriate for shabbat /shabbos?

Hi Rabbi , i hope your well , thank you again for the previously amswered question, and within regards to the last asked question , i must further ask , which was about superstition / evil eye thing , upon your previous mention as a " good read" , as you wrote the following :Chovas Haleva'vot" - Sha'ar Hbitachon , im curious to ask , if were to purchase this book you mentioned , may i read such a book on shabbos? Would that be allowed?
