Operating a Business on Friday night

I own and operate a speaker rental business for private events such as weddings, mitzvahs, birthdays, etc. What are the rules for me to be able to operate the business on friday nights with a non-jewish partner?

Unless you rent it out before Shabbos and then you have nothing to do with it, then it’s alright. However, if you are renting it on Shabbos or operating on Shabbos, you would need to sign a partnership-with-a-non-Jew agreement in order to allow the operation to work even on Shabbos.
