Pulse Oxygen Generator on Shabbos
Question
Is it permitted to use a portable oxygen concentrator on Shabbat that operates with pulses (i.e., it generates/releases oxygen only when breathing)? There are, of course, alternatives such as a continuous-flow concentrator or oxygen tanks, but those options are more cumbersome and make movement and functioning more difficult.

It is not permitted to use a device that is activated by breathing.
