Types of Coffee That are permitted to Use on Shabbos
Question
When preparing coffee on Shabbos in a kli sheini (in the permitted manner), which types of coffee are lechatchilah allowed?
Granulated coffee, freeze-dried instant coffee, and freeze-dried instant coffee that includes 10% Elite Platinum Intense espresso.

Everything is permitted except for the coffee containing espresso, which was not cooked but roasted
