Wipes - Squeezing wipes on Shabbos

Shalom,
I noticed there are Shabbos-approved wipes with a hechsher from Rav Goelman shlit”a. Is it allowed to use them with a bit of pressure (for cleaning purposes), in a way that one's hand gets slightly moist?

Our Rav shlita, does not approve the use of any wipes on Shabbos.
